Linden Flower (Tilia europaea) - Linden Flower has been known since the Middle Ages amongst the European countries to treat colds, fevers and nervous ailments along with epilepsy. It contains loads of antioxidants with help fight free radicals in your body. Linden is best known for treating the upper respiratory, colds, coughs and sinus cavity by inducing  sweating to help fight infections as well as reduce inflammation. It aids the digestion and diarrhea and stimulates the appetite. Linden is helpful for recovering from stomach flus or viruses when you need to replenish the body of vitamins and minerals.

Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) - Mullein uses dates back to the time of Eurasia, when the continents of Europe and Asia were once one land mass. Some of its many uses were to treat sinus, bronchitis, colds, flus, asthma, and upper respiratory system due to its expectorant abilities. This means it opens up anywhere there is congestion and allows the mucus to coagulate and easily expel from the body without horrible drainage.  It was also known to use to treat ear infections if made into an oil and put in the ear canal. Another topical use is to treat skin conditions such as burns, wounds, sunburns and infections.

Yerbe Mate (Yerbe mate) - Yerbe Mate comes from the subtropical Rainforests of Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay. The native Indians call this the “Drink of the Gods” and often say it has the power of coffee, benefits of tea, chocolate, and euphoria all in one little glass. Echinacea Root (Echinacea purpurea) - Echinacea is native to the central US and parts of Europe. Native Americans first used it for sore throats, toothaches, urinary, rabies, snakebites. The Europeans adapted the native traditions and did more studies finding that Echinacea is more effective than traditional antibiotics. It has many benefits among the many; its antiviral properties will fight all infections. It has the ability to attack viruses, bacteria and abnormal cells throughout the entire body, also helpful for preventing colds and fighting cancer.

Burdock Root (Articum lappa) - Burdock is commonly found in Asia and Europe. It was mostly known as a sweet edible root vegetable plant with many health benefits such as calcium, cholrogenic acid, flavonoids, iron, inulin, catone, mucilage, , potassium, and tannin. It is mostly known for removing toxins from blood and helping to fight cancerous cells. The inulin and mucilage help to sooth the digestive tract.

Nettle Leaves (Uritca dioca) - Nettle is known all over Europe, Asia and North America. This herb also chock full of vitamins such as A, B Complex, C, D, K, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, and sulphur. Nettle aids in the kidneys to cleanse and purify. Native American woman would use Nettle through ought pregnancy and to stop hemorrhaging during childbirth. It's also used sinus and allergies as it is a natural antihistamine and anti-inflammatory.
